Welcome to TD Community Sundays at MOCA! Enjoy free admission to the museum all day and a drop-in workshop. It’s a great chance for all ages to explore MOCA’s exhibitions together.

Drop-in Workshop: Pop-up Pages!
10 am–3 pm

Inspired by Sara Cwynar‘s installation Alpha/Alphabet, kids will make their own pop-up books, learning basic folding, cutting, and gluing techniques. Draw your own creative illustration or cut images from our magazines to create 3-D scenes for storytelling!

TD Community Sunday is part of MOCA Community Weekend, a monthly series of activities, bringing together the community for art-making workshops, tours and events. Learn more about our family programming here

On TD Community Sunday admission to the museum is free all day. Tickets can be obtained ahead of time or at the door. Book in advance to reserve your spot!

Friday, July 3

5–9 pm: Free Friday Night 

Saturday, July 4

12 pm and 2 pm: Drop-in Tour
1–3 pm: Mosaic Workshop with Clay with Me*

Sunday, July 5

TD Community Sunday:
10 am–5 pm: Free Museum Admission
10 am–3 pm: Drop-in all-ages Workshop

*There is a $50 fee per person. General Admission to the museum is included. MOCA Members at the Enthusiast level and above are eligible for workshop discounts.

Visiting Information

TD Community Sundays are always free. Visitors can book in advance to guarantee entry or drop in on the day. The last time slot for entry is 4:45 pm.

Most of the museum will be available to enjoy, although please note that some galleries may be closed due to exhibition changeover.

Food and drink are not permitted in the museum. Food and beverages can be enjoyed inside the café or in the museum’s outdoor spaces.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. TD Sundays are designed for the whole family to enjoy!

TD Community Sundays are supported by TD Bank Group through the TD Ready Commitment. MOCA and TD are working together to increase free access to contemporary art in Toronto and around the world.
