Located within one of the city’s most vibrant West End neighbourhoods, MOCA Toronto provides a unique opportunity to host your event within the iconic Tower Automotive Building’s signature concrete columns. Our Ground Floor can be easily transformed into a dramatic space for events, including private parties, galas, cocktail receptions, panels, talks, and corporate events, with spectacular artworks lending the perfect creative ambiance. Groups can also rent an office space for meetings and staff away days for small teams of up to 12 people.

All venue rentals provide a valuable contribution to MOCA’s public programming and exhibitions.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our space, we are unable to accommodate wedding ceremonies or receptions.

All rentals, including any time needed for setup and takedown, must operate outside of our public opening hours of Wednesday – Sunday, 11 am–6 pm and Friday, 11 am–9 pm.

Yes, the artworks on show at MOCA remain in situ during all rental periods. This provides our guests with a unique and exciting experience of dining, meeting, or celebrating in the midst of incredible contemporary art.

We primarily rent out our Ground Floor, but we also offer access to Floors 2 and 3 at an additional cost. We can also provide one of our office spaces for meetings and other small-scale activities. 

Yes, you are welcome to utilize your own catering during your rental.

MOCA also has catering partners that we can recommend. 

The current capacity of our Ground Floor is up to 150 people, but each exhibition changes the layout of our space and may affect this number.
