The MOCA Toronto Award was originally established in 2007, and updated in 2022, to recognize leaders in visual arts for their innovation, accomplishment, and contribution to contemporary art. The awards allow MOCA to lean into its values of equity, inclusion, and access while supporting and amplifying the work of cultural changemakers. This year, acclaimed artist Shirin Neshat will be given the MOCA Artist Award, and Canadian arts philanthropists Timothy & Frances Price will be presented with the MOCA Luminary Award.
The evening will feature a cocktail reception followed a seated dinner, an awards programme, and special performances by Ballet Creole and DJ Classic Roots. Guests will enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, celebrating leaders in contemporary art and bringing together artists, philanthropists, and cultural advocates from across Canada. Funds raised will directly support MOCA’s exhibitions and community programming, making this a truly impactful event.
Individual Tickets $1,200
