As part of our mission to be ambitiously inclusive, admission to the museum is FREE for children and all visitors aged 18 and under.
MOCA Family Weekend
MOCA Family Weekend is a monthly series that takes place on the first full weekend of every month. These weekends offer family-focused programming that encourages engagement and play, as well as free admission on TD Community Sunday. Each month’s activities highlight a different exhibition, artist, or artwork for families to engage with.
Family Saturdays
Family Saturdays feature hour-long artist-run workshops at 2 pm and 4 pm. These workshops focus on specific art-making techniques and are developed by MOCA’s exhibiting artists and or local artists who work with similar themes and materials. These workshops require registration at a fee of $5 per person.* The 2 pm Saturday workshops are intended primarily for children, while the 4 pm workshops are aimed towards adults. Each workshop is accompanied by a family-friendly exhibition tour at 1 pm and 3 pm.
*MOCA Members at the Individual level and above can access these workshops for free.
