Friday
Free First Friday Night
We’re open late! Visit MOCA for free from 5–9 pm on the first Friday of every month during Free First Friday Nights. This monthly programme features performances that engage with our current exhibitions. Bring a friend and join the party, with no admission fee!
Please note: while MOCA is open late every Friday, Free First Friday Nights take place only on the first Friday of each month.
Saturday
On each Community Weekend, Saturday is your chance to explore and create with drop-in tours and hands-on art-making. Learn new skills by registering for MOCA’s workshops led by practicing artists. From pottery to printmaking, bring a friend and try something new!
Sunday
TD Community Sunday
We’re committed to making contemporary art accessible to all, which is why we’re working together with TD Bank Group to offer free admission to the museum on the first Sunday of every month.
Each TD Community Sunday welcomes visitors to visit the museum for free and participate in an all-ages drop in workshop. Create something together—no matter your age or experience!
Art Hive at MOCA
Join us for Art Hive at MOCA, a drop-in art programme that invites the whole community to stop by and create!
Exploring a range of materials and art techniques from painting to drawing to collage, this programme will be led by visiting art therapy students that will facilitate creative expression. Participants are also welcome to bring in their works in progress and experience a creative community for inspiration and conversation about art. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to professionals.
