Join MOCA and Ethica for a tasting event at Ethica Coffee Roasters on Sunday, October 22 from 2–3 pm. Participants will get the chance to try a limited-release Brazil Summer Solstice coffee created in collaboration with MOCA Toronto for our 5-year anniversary celebration.
This tasting will encourage participants to dive deeper, learning more about the variety and processing of coffee beans and how these factors affect the coffee’s classic yet complex flavour profile.
In addition, MOCA’s Public Programmes and Learning Fellow Erin Storus will lead participants through an enriching discussion of the Fall 2023 exhibitions currently on view.
