Join MOCA for a free, drop-in art workshop inspired by Alex Da Corte’s immersive and playful installation. Kids and the young-at-heart are both welcome to try their hands at toy-making, using craft materials such as felt, pipe cleaners and buttons. Turn your imagination into a reality! MOCA’s Art Educators will guide participants through multiple techniques that foster creativity.
After the workshop, explore MOCA’s new fall exhibitions, presenting three unique experiences by celebrated international artists Alex Da Corte, Tishan Hsu, and Michael Nicoll Yahgulanaas. Bring your curiosity and discover portals into new worlds full of twisting narratives, hybrid forms, and thought-provoking visuals.
