MOCA Movement: Pilates in the Museum

Move through your practice at MOCA On Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 10–10:50 am.

Due to popular demand, we’ve expanded our MOCA Movement series with our neighbourhood partner Mosaic Yoga. Enjoy a Pilates session on the Ground Floor of MOCA, and immerse yourself in a one-of-a-kind experience surrounded by the works of Michael Nicoll Yahgulanaas’ Diaries After a Flood.

Participants must bring their own yoga or Pilates mats to participate and are encouraged to bring their own sealable water bottles. Doors will open at 9:45 am, and we encourage guests to arrive early to change if needed.

This event requires registration as capacity is limited. 

About Mosaic Yoga

Mosaic Yoga, located around the corner from MOCA at 225 Sterling Rd Unit 23, offers innovative, challenging and relaxing classes for all levels. Enjoy yoga and barre classes to suit your day’s rhythm, core-enlightening Pilates, healing restorative and more. The teachers and staff are kind, fun, talented, knowledgeable and known for their commitment to their teaching and students.

The studio has two bright, natural light-filled, high ceiling spaces in which to practice. A large 3000 square foot space at Sterling Rd. and a large studio in the Annex. Mosaic Yoga offers a wide range of offerings from rope wall yoga and innovative movement classes to prenatal, caregiver and baby/kids yoga classes.
