Move through your practice at MOCA On Saturday, December 7, at 10 am.
Join us for MOCA Movement: Yoga in the Museum with our neighbourhood partner Mosaic Yoga and add a layer of inspiration to your yoga session. Immerse yourself in a truly unique experience as you flow through your practice surrounded by the powerful and thought-provoking works of Michael Nicoll Yahgulanaas’ Diaries After a Flood.
Participants must bring their own yoga mats to participate. We also recommend bringing a sealable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the yoga session. Doors will open at 9:45 am, so we encourage guests to arrive early to get settled and change if needed.
This event requires registration as capacity is limited.
