Welcome to TD Community Sundays at MOCA! Enjoy free admission to the museum all day and a drop-in workshop. It’s a great chance for all ages to explore MOCA’s exhibitions together.

Drop-in Workshop: Assemblage Adventure
11 am–3 pm

What can you make with a circle, triangle, and square? The possibilities are endless!

In this workshop, kids will use various shapes and forms to make assemblage art, arranging and rearranging their very own masterpieces like MOCA’s exhibiting artist Bharti Kher! Take inspiration from Kher’s assemblage artworks on Floor 1 before learning how to make your own foam stamps. Then, experiment with shapes, patterns, and designs to create an eclectic masterpiece! For the little ones, MOCA provides pre-made stamps that can be mixed and matched.

TD Community Sunday is part of MOCA Community Weekend, a monthly series of activities, bringing together the community for art-making workshops, tours and events. Learn more about our family programming here.

On TD Community Sunday admission to the museum is free all day. Tickets can be obtained ahead of time or at the door. Book in advance to reserve your spot!
