Welcome to TD Community Sundays at MOCA! Enjoy free admission to the museum all day and a drop-in workshop from 11 am to 4pm. Explore our current exhibitions and step out into our outdoor space for a drop-in workshop.

Drop-In Workshop
10 am–3 pm

Bring in your old paper scraps and turn them into something new with help from MOCA’s art educators who’ll guide you through the paper-making process. Add native wildflower seeds, and your creation can be planted into your garden to grow into something beautiful. But before you plant it, try drawing, writing or making something meaningful with your hand-made paper!

Inspired by Margaux Williamson’s still life paintings, this hands-on workshop will consider her subject matter and her focus on her local community. As you grow your plants this summer, they might just inspire your next work of art, completing the cycle from start to flower.

TD Community Sunday is part of MOCA Community Weekend, a monthly series of activities, bringing together the community for art-making workshops, tours and events. Learn more about our family programming here.

On TD Community Sunday admission to the museum is free all day. Tickets can be obtained ahead of time or at the door. Book in advance to reserve your spot!
