The tour begins at Koffler, where Jessica Stockholder curated the exhibition of long-time friend and artist Elana Herzog. Join Koffler Arts’ Head of Artistic Engagement, Josh Heuman, for an exhibition walkthrough of artworks imbued with the histories and cultures of the materials, and themes ranging from playfulness to entropy.

At MOCA, Artistic Director and Curator Rui Mateus Amaral guides members through Jessica Stockholder’s The Squared Circle: Ringing, a new commission for the museum. This large-scale artwork takes over Floor 1 as Stockholder explores the interplay between material, colour, and perspective to transform the space into an immersive experience.

About the Artist
Born in Seattle (b. 1959), Washington, Jessica Stockholder currently lives and works in Nanaimo, British Columbia.
