Class Descriptions

All Levels Yoga by Ground
Come enjoy a yoga class with Regan Harney, one of Ground’s yoga teachers. Regan uses yoga as a tool to explore the depths of one’s body and mind. Her classes focus on creativity, spontaneity, and stability, using breath linked to movement to explore both grounding and personal growth through her sequencing. This is an all levels yoga class and everyone is welcomed to join. A bit about Ground ~ Ground focuses on the various meanings of the name itself, and they impact mind, body, earth and craft. They offer classes, events, and workshops around the city, to connect you with like-minded individuals, and yourself.
